


Cancellation Policy
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY EFFECTIVE 10.30.25
At Built Holy, we’re committed to helping you strengthen your spirit, soul, and body through intentional, faith-rooted coaching and training. Because our programs provide immediate digital access, coaching time, and community support, we have the following refund and cancellation policy in place.
CANCELLATIONS

Membership may be cancelled only after completion of the 6-month Commitment Period.

After the initial 6-month period, cancellations require at least 30 days written notice before your next scheduled billing date.

If notice is not provided 30 days in advance, the upcoming charge will still be processed, and cancellation will take effect the following billing cycle.

Early cancellations during the 6-month Commitment Period are not permitted, except in rare cases of verified medical or life circumstances approved by Built Holy at its sole discretion. Please email emily@builtholy.com for assistance.

All payments are non-refundable and will not be prorated.
Examples:-
If your billing date is the 1st of each month, you must cancel no later than the 1st of the prior month to avoid the next charge.

If your billing date is the 15th, you must cancel by the 15th of the prior month to avoid the next charge.

If you cancel less than 30 days before your billing date, you will still be charged for that upcoming month, and your cancellation will take effect the following billing cycle.

BILLING NOTICE

Billing begins on the date of enrollment.

Your official program start date may be up to five (5) business days later to allow for onboarding.
