Too often, health & fitness are driven by comparison, quick fixes, and the pressure to measure up. Women are told by the world’s standards they need to look a certain way to be seen, valued, & accepted.
The message is, “hustle harder, eat less, and do more” — leaving women exhausted, striving, and still feeling like it's never enough. Even in faith, the weight of guilt and perfectionism can creep in, turning what should be life-giving into another burden.

Built Holy’s strength program includes three functional workouts and two movement sessions per week, adaptable for any equipment and all fitness levels. Scripture and prayer anchor every workout, reminding you that movement is worship — an act of honoring His temple.
