Welcome to Built Holy! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, programs, coaching services, and related platforms (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using any part of Built Holy, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.
OVERVIEW
Built Holy (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides faith-based training programs that integrate spirit, soul, and body through devotion, lifestyle, and movement. Our mission is to help you strengthen your relationship with God while improving your health and wellness.
ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using Built Holy, you represent that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.
USE OF SERVICES
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:

Share your account or login information with others

Copy, distribute, or resell any Built Holy content without permission

Use our Services for any purpose that is unlawful or that could harm Built Holy or its community
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms.
Coaching & Program Disclaimer
Built Holy’s programs, including but not limited to Blueprint and Bloom, provide guidance for spiritual growth, fitness, and lifestyle habits. However:

Built Holy coaches are not licensed medical, mental health, or nutrition professionals. All content, coaching, and resources are for educational and spiritual purposes only and are not a substitute for professional diagnosis, treatment, or therapy.

Always consult your physician before beginning any exercise or wellness program.

You participate at your own risk and agree to hold Built Holy and its coaches harmless for any injuries or outcomes that result from following our programs.
Payments & Subscriptions
All payments are processed securely through third-party providers. By purchasing a program or subscription, you agree to:

Provide accurate billing and payment information

Authorize Built Holy to charge your chosen payment method for recurring payments (if applicable)

Understand that payments are non-refundable, except where required by law or as otherwise stated in a written policy
We reserve the right to change pricing or program access with reasonable notice.
Participation in any Built Holy membership program is also subject to the Built Holy Membership Agreement & Liability Waiver, which outlines additional terms regarding billing, cancellations, and risk assumption.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content within Built Holy—including text, images, videos, graphics, devotional materials, workouts, and course content—is the property of Built Holy and protected by copyright law.
You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any Built Holy materials without our express written permission.
PRIVACY
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
COMMUNITY CONDUCT
Built Holy fosters a respectful, faith-centered community. You agree to engage with others with kindness, integrity, and encouragement. We do not tolerate:

Harassment, bullying, or disrespectful behavior

Sharing inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content

Promoting unrelated businesses or services within Built Holy spaces

Discrimination of any kind based on race, color, sex, age, nationality, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law
We reserve the right to remove any member who violates these principles.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Built Holy and its coaches, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
Your participation in any program is voluntary, and you accept full responsibility for your choices, health, and safety.
This limitation applies to all Built Holy programs, whether conducted remotely or in person, including workshops, retreats, and events.
CHANGES TO THE TERMS
We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Services means you accept the revised Terms.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Users outside the United States agree that any disputes arising from or relating to the Services will be handled under the laws of Georgia, and you consent to the jurisdiction of courts located in that state.
